Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Brush Country Boot & Shoe Repair ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

We provide professional footwear repair and restoration services, including but not limited to:

• Shoe and boot resoling
• Leather cleaning and conditioning
• Heel replacement and repair
• Zipper replacement
• Professional stretching
• Waterproofing treatments
• Emergency repair services

Service Terms and Conditions

Estimates and Approval

All repair work requires customer approval before commencement. We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Work will not begin without explicit customer authorization.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is due upon completion and pickup of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Emergency services include additional rush fees
• Additional charges may apply for complex repairs or premium materials

Turnaround Times

Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not binding commitments. Actual completion times may vary based on workload, material availability, and complexity of repairs. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information for service updates
• Remove all personal items from footwear before drop-off
• Pick up completed items within 30 days of notification
• Inspect completed work upon pickup and report any concerns immediately
• Pay for services in full upon pickup

Warranty and Liability

Service Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on workmanship and materials used in our repairs. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover normal wear and tear from use.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for the original value of footwear or any consequential damages. We exercise reasonable care in handling your items but cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage or items beyond economical repair.

Unclaimed Items

Items not picked up within 90 days of completion notification will be considered abandoned. After 120 days, unclaimed items may be disposed of at our discretion. Storage fees may apply for items held beyond 90 days.

Cancellation and Refunds

Services may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellation may result in charges for work completed and materials used. Completed services are non-refundable unless covered under our warranty terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Brush Country Boot & Shoe Repair and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.

Dispute Resolution
